Ruth Eleanor White nee Lousada #86

The above photograph was signed on the back 13 Apr 1920 was provided by Bronwyn Collins Dec 2015. Ruth born in 1898 at Warragul and hence was no older than 22 when the above photograph was taken. She was the 3rd daughter of Edward Charles Lousada and Beatrice Hall, and he died at at the Vicarage in Lilydale where she lived with her husband the Rev Hedley G White - who brought 5 step-children to the marriage - with whom she had 2 children. Her brother Ted was very supportive of one of the families of her step-children. She died at Port Welshpool and is buried at the nearby bush cemetery.
